Whenever, a custom interaction in different language has been added, the agent got fully confusing cannot detect, cannot understand, doesn't accept voice messages...
Please investigate this and make also possible that a standard Language should be selectable different as English, this means the standard Language for the country specific..., why should switch, to other language if I want to build them in another language.
Therefore, if a standard language is English it is a must to have a Custom instruction message, as the agent starts in unexpected language, which means your services CANNOT be used for other languages without adding a welcome message and when it is added Agent is confued...
